Blackheath Cottage

Completed 2020

Situated in the picturesque Blue Mountains, the clients wanted to convert the existing rear garage into a bespoke weekend getaway cottage featuring a kitchenette, shower, toilet, laundry and storage space.

This bright and open plan was not completed without shortcomings. With asbestos present, the project’s commencement and timeframe hinged on the next-door kindergarten school.

Several iterations were made for the rear retaining wall to satisfy the Council, neighbours, and clients.
